Replacement wheels

Having read of other people problems with the ITV test can anyone help me on this one. I have new VW Beetle and also have a set of Audi TT wheels that will fit without modification. The original wheels are 16in the replacements are 17in. 17in wheels were fitted to the Beetle but not this specific type. If I swap them am I likely to have problems when it comes to the ITV?

Hi burrotaxi,
Could have a problem if the tester is wide awake, why not get it tested with correct wheels first then swap over ?
Our test centre is touchy on having the correct tyre sizes and wheels.

you will almost certainly have a problem because your tarjeta has the correct tyre size printed on it.
