Replacement Documents

Does anybody know what the procedure is, or if it's even possible, to get documents for a vehicle if the previous owners are not traceable? I appreciate I will have to check with trafico, probably through a gestoria, to make sure it's not stolen, embargo'd etc but I need to know if it's a viable project to undertake, thanks in advance.

I should think a Gestor will do this for you, probably just ring traffico re fines etc.
