Registering a change of ownership of a vehicle

Hi

Im looking at buying another scooter and was hoping for some advice on what to do and possibly some links to the traffico page to downloading the forms required.

I believe also a form has to be completed to pay the tax at the tax office.

Is it still a €50 fee at traffico for admin??
