Carburetor Mechanic in Motril
Does anyone know if there is a mechanic that can fix carburetors in Motril or Salobrena? The mechanic in my town says my car needs to see a specialist to have it repaired but I cant seem to find one! Thanks

Hi Bennybarks,
What is the problem with the Carburettor..........
What is the Make and Model Number.........
What is the Vehicle Make and Model .........
You may need to get the Carburettor Refurbished.................or one from a scrap yard...........
I recently had one Refurbished in UK ......... £250 ......so not cheap.
Google .......... reacondicionamiento del carburador en españa

Re: Carburetor Mechanic in Motril
There are lots of suppliers of refurb kits for most carbs on Ebay and the like, one bloke in particular I've used a lot (fastroadcars).
Not a lot to go wrong with them really so on most occasions a capable mechanic with sort it.....although fewer and fewer around now who've even seen a carb I'd guess. Like Enrique says what is the car and the carb?
Enrique, which carburettor cost you 250 quid to get repaired out of interest?, and what was wrong with it? My money would have been on you fixing it yourself for a lot less than that.

Hi D.A,
My Carb is off a 1954 Renault 750, spindle worn, not got the tools to work on it. Enjoyed my time back in the day refurbishing Solex carbs and diesel injector pumps.
