Long term parking at Malaga airport

Postby erowland » Sun Apr 24, 2022 10:06 pm

I have decided to buy a car where I own my apartment in Marbella. I travel to Spain about 5/6 times a year and am exploring parking options at or near Malaga airport. Up to now we have rented cars and thus were able to come and go to the airport. Now we would like to drive to and from the airport on arrival and departure. Thank you

Quite a few long and short term from around 1.30 a day. Most are based around San Julian area.

Good Morning erowland,

That is me.

I´ve worked in airport parking for the last 10 years, our company might have a good option for you. We have yearly contracts avaliable.

Pm me and I´ll give you the phone number / email address.

Costakid : As for €1.30 a day... be careful. We have been €1,66 a day for the last 10 years +, and its just gone up to €1.78 a day this year ... (this is the outdoor contract price, btw)

We pay for land and building rent, and we have 16 staff - our monthly costs are around €30,000.

The people with very cheap prices will be parking the cars on the street, and will only have a couple of staff running around doing everything.

Parking Picasso for example goes from cheapest contract is €2,46 a day, and their most expensive is €4,35 a day.

Their building is also for sale. For €13 million.

Hi Spanish Lad, I wasn’t recommending anyone, I was in San Julian last week having breakfast and saw the building near the bridge with a from 1.30 a day sign outside. As you say you get what you pay for.

Picasso Parking have recently put their prices up.. they are charging what seems like a fortune now - a basic outdoor contract for one year is € 900 ! it makes ours look very cheap.

Basically its worth looking around, depending on your requirements.
