Where can I find a vet/ animal shelter Lecrin area?

On holiday,and going home tomorrow so very short of time. A little king Charles type dog ran into our house last night,so exhausted he couldn't even wag his curly tail. We gave him some food and water, and he is much livelier this morning,even gave a little wag and pricked his ears up a little.

What can we do? We are in a really isolated area in the Valle de Lecrin, does anyone know whether there is an animal rescue around here?Or a vet? We will ask at the shop this morning but I don't expect they will be interested, and we speak very little Spanish.

Any advice gratefully received...
