Bichon Frise missing in Algeciras

My friends little Bichon frise has gine missing and they are desperately looking for her.
She is white, 5 years old and is called Lilly. Has anyone seen her, or do you know anyone who has recently aquired a little dog similarly described?

She must be missing her family as much as they are missing her ... PLEASE help if you can.
