Quite right Donz they have loads of them at ace-charity including pups.Apparently many people dont want them,dont know why,although they have loads of energy they make very loyal pets and get rid of any rats in your stable!Though mine is obsessed with rabbits.

Maybe I should trade our two in for one, cos ours ( terrier type and Jack Russell) are useless at catching rats

Just wondering if you got fixed up with a Bodeguero yet? If not there are certainly several available at the Almonte refuge of Valverde Animal protectora, in Huelva province - www.valverdeanimal.es. Apparently quite often, though brought up in a hunting pack, they turn out to be not suitable for one reason or another, and those charming hunters just dump them (either out in the country or on the doorstep of a perrera or refuge). Won't hunt - no good! They do make excellent ratters, but also faithful companions .
