It is a Praying Mantis isn´t it? I have never seen one with it´s wings out before.

yes, it looks like one to me, but like you I've never seen the open wings before - pretty, aren't they ?

That's beautiful!! I've never seen one with it's wings out either.
I'll show this to my son, he's obsessed with Praying Mantes!

If your using a Mac Crazyred you can just drag it onto your desktop.

Thanks guys, my son is such a know it all almost teenager!!

Showed him the photo and got a very Kevin & Perry "It's a mantis!"
Says me, "Yes it is but, look how pretty it is with it's wings out"
Says he, "Haven't you seen one with it's wings out?" accompanied by an 'OMG, how is that possible?' look on his face.

Don't you just love 12 year olds?
