Any suggestions for feeding a 5 week old puppy?

You certainly did everything and more, such dedication trying to save a life is truly wonderful.

I volunteer at an animal refuge and I cry if even a tiny chick doesn't make it, even after bringing it home in a shoebox with a heatlamp over it. It might not make it but to try and help makes me happier.
