Average exchange rate for 2022 for Tax Purposes

I can not find any threads on this subject yet. I can only find the rate for 2021.Can anyone help please with the rate for 2022

What I am looking for is the Banco de Espana Average Exchange rates for 2022 published sometime in early January 2023. For some reason I am unable to find the webpage

Just use the rate I gave you. It came from the Bank of Spain. I don't think they "publish" a rate - you have to extrapolate it from their daily rates.
