Hi
we are on a private line. new high tensions wires been in for a while for 3 phase ready to go over to Sevillana. Th owner of the line is seriously dragging his feet in getting the low tension part completed I guess because it is a good earner for him.
Despite repeatedly asking to see the main electric bill and to have our factura before the money is taken out of the account, again yesterday the money was withdrawn with no factura .Also the owner has decide to put up the price by 2 cents without telling anyone. My questions are:
can the owner put up the price part way through the year and without warning.
Should the factura we get from the owner show the start and end readings as well as the total electricity used.
Anyone know someone at sevillana who we can phone to get a meeting with them to hurry it along as the owners says that no one will come out
This is so frustrating as we've been waiting for 3 phase for 3 years having paid a lot of money for the initial part
Many thnaks
Julie

a private line? so basically.. you are plugging in a very big extension lead from his place?
i´d be insisting on separate bills and separate meters. it might be more work / cost to you, but at least it will stop any future hassles

if that is so then be careful that by insisting too hard he doesn´t unplug the very big extension lead !!
as endesa continually put their prices up then I guess it´s understandable that the price you get charged also goes up sometimes.

Not at all.
There are many transformers connected to the high voltage supply that are connected to individual users. What happens is that Endesa then take them over (often replacing the transformer at a very high cost to the users) and the individual users then have a new contract with Endesa.

Our entire valley was done like that, initially funded by some rural development scheme and subsequently taken over by Sevillana, it actually was seamless and no extra charges were involved at all. The same with the Water scheme which is now far more reliable than it was when it was run by the Vecinos Association
