Morning - something I have been putting off for ages and ages however I need to face facts and get a will done. Can anyone recommend a lawyer in Marbella (I speak spanish fluently so doesn´t have to be bilingual) and give me an idea of how much it costs to get a spanish will done.
Cheers

do it direct at the notary, no real need for a lawyer, mine cost 38 euros at a notary in marbella

Re: Lawyer in Marbella to do a will
Hi Julian
Thanks for your response. I would like a Will that states who I am leaving my stuff to but also, most importantly, who I wish to care for my children. Is this something you do directly at the notary if it is a little more complex than property and assets?

go to the notary and explain exactly what you want done , the notary will explain what to do, and how to do it.

I totally agree. If you go to a notary who speaks good English you won't even need a translator let alone a lawyer.

Beachy, do you not feel a bit guilty by possibly depriving some poor Spanish lawyer of some work?
Property owner in Andalucia since 2002. How time flies.
