Does anyone know the definite Law in Spain regarding the disposing of Assets in a civil case?
At which stage does it become a criminal offence to start dumping assets (to claim hardship or bankrupty)? Is it once a case is lodged against the accused, throughout the negotiatons, after the Court ruling or only after Appeal stage?
