WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

Are we responsible for paying for the repair of someones lock up. The lock ups had not been built when we first purchased the flats but were added later and we all paid seperately. I can see no reference to any problem except to 2003 shortly after they were built and we have now forked out some 800 euros for "brickwork" for one of the lock-ups, but I am not even sure what the problem was! However the lock-ups do not appear on the escritora so I wonder if it is down to the residents to pay for!
