Mobile home on private land

Hi there,

I live in a village and have a house with a large garden. does anyone know if I can buy a mobile home and put it in my garden? (it is building land and not an illegal house).

I think it depends on which area you are in.
My neighbor did a similar thing a couple of years ago and, as well as a fine,was made to remove it.
I think the only definitive way of finding out is to ask at your local town hall.
