Fiscal representative

Postby Spannerdave » Sat Oct 21, 2017 8:37 am

Morning...,
Could I ask if anyone has any experience in the appointing of a fiscal representative in Spain ....and in general how things worked out ? Mainly I need one to handle the Nonresident Income tax...but also there may be other problems that a representative may be able to deal with..

Many thanks and apologies if this has been covered before....( I'm on a learning curve !!)

S-Dave - if you need recommendations or local knowledge, it would be a good thing to let us know roughly where your involvement is in Spain/Andalucia.
Is it just for taxation - can you do it on line?
Do you need a local Gestor to deal with your quarterly tax on non-resident-owned property?

Hi spannerdave,

"Mainly I need one to handle the Nonresident Income tax"..........why we ran through this last year for you........didn't you get it sorted... :?:

Gasman:: Location for info is the Iznajar area.
All my best learning experiences start with a problem I need to solve.
