Applying for UK pension on Digital Cert

Does anyone know??
I have a digital certificate,but I do not know how to get the application for a UK pension on it.
Does anyone know how to do this???

Indeed, you are correct. That is the correct application form, but I do not know how to find it in the digital certificate. How to access this actual form within the certificate. I can then, should I find it, fill it in and presumably send it on its way via the digital cert.

That is, maybe I can fill in the application, then load it into the digital certificate? Is that an option?

The digital certificate is just a personal identifier/ access key that allows you secure access to various government/ official web sites.
From these sites, you can download various forms to fill in.
You do not find anything in or send anything to your digital certificate.
