Quarantine Period for Books,Puzzles,CD's & DVD's

Please can anyone direct me to the current regulations regarding the above Quarantine Periods in Spain.Our Social Club has set a Quarantine period of 14 Days for Books & Puzzles which I think is excessive. World Recommended Periods are 3 days for Books, Cardboard,DVD & CD cases. Can anyone enlighten me as to the current law under Covid-19 regarding these items.

I know this doesn't answer your question but I wasn't aware that there was a quarantine period for borrowed Books, Cardboard, DVD & CD cases after they had been returned.

Why don't they just wipe over the books,cases etc.
