Re: Non-Resident 90 days in a rolling 180?
I think Enrique used an online calculator but the one I used is called 'Schengen calculator free' by MSSDevLab:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... n_US&gl=US
I am not convinced of its accuracy for later months but its main advantage is that it remembers what you have previously entered when you next open it and you can start another calendar whilst retaining the original.
There are others but some you have to pay for.

Hi Vinny,
I used the one in ashtondavs's Post.........
I'm getting some "odd" results on a two period entry over the year............guessing we need the app /program that the Border Control use, so we're all getting the same numbers.

This looks like an official EU one but it's not very user friendly:

Hi,
Using Beachcombers latest calculator and ashtondav's I get the same results............
Running the numbers........... I could stay 151 days next year over two trips. then have to sit on the bench (UK) until 07/03/22
You may even get better mileage with different dates..........
Now fitting the Ferry Bookings could be the next challenge.............
The above is only an example...................but doesn't look all bad for us non-residents.
They Gov.uk have announced the new regulations for travelling with Pets today............just need to locate an authorized Vet for the Certificate.

Thanks Enrique. I shall have to persevere with the EU one but having to type in the dates rather than clicking on a calendar is a bit of a pain especially for a larger number of shorter visits.

I couldn't get the EU one to work, but the dates did work with ashtondav's.
If anyone is having success with the EU one, could they try these dates for me and I can see how they match up or not with ashtondav's Schengen Visa Calculator.
Date of Entry 17/02/21 date of exit 24/03/21
Date of Entry 12/05/21 date of exit 26/06/21
Many thanks - zanuck

Hi zanuck,
Your dates match up on both calculators............ you have 8 days you could use after your last stay.

Re: Non-Resident 90 days in a rolling 180?
Hi Enrique
Thank you. The Schengen one gave me 8 days too, I just couldn't get the EU one to calculate my dates.
Just after posting my question, I took another look at the Schengen results and it shows "OK, you can stay for 8 days more, until 04-07-2021".
I must be missing something or simply being thick - it's too early to have attacked the vino collapso, so I know it's not that, I make 4 July 2021 only 138 days (12 in Feb,+ 31 + 30 + 31 + 30 + 4 in July); and not 180 days.
4 July is 185 days from 1 Jan 2021, so I don't see where the calculator is calculating the 4 July date from.
Maybe I'll have to put in some fictitious dates for trips later in the year and see what happens...?
Having said that, the way things are going, the trip in February may well end up being fictitious too.
