We have a package stuck in Customs with a demand for Tax. This is a mistake as the tax was paid in the UK under IOSS rules. It is labelled as such. the invoice clearly shows the Tax paid.
I have complied with their requirements for documentation which resulted in an invoice for €56 and change.
I have tried every e-mail I can find and they are all rejected usually as non-existent.
Anybody out in A.com world had this sort of trouble and in possession of an e-mail that works with Correos in Madrid ?

Re: Customs
The Correos (useless) clearing agency is www.adtpostales.com. I've had to use this page in the past: https://www.adtpostales.com/acceder.asp

Re: Customs
Good luck with all that. I have a Spanish-speaking friend who has had a package from Ireland (still in the EU) in Customs since March. Every phone call is with a new person who needs the whole history again and then my friend is cut off after a while. All e-mails end in nothing. Currently a Gestor is trying to work through the mess.
