States of Emergency illegal

Both the first and the second States of Emergency in Spain have now been declared illegal by the Constitutional Tribunal:

But it is too late for so many people who have lost business, livelihoods and been mentally injured to the point of suicide as a result.

This is what happens when governments give themselves the utmost powers, over reacting to a virus which was hyped up prior to arrival in Europe. It was also made to look like a plague by the Italians. When politicians act out of fear, they make serious knee jerk reactions and errors.

I wonder how long it will take for a similar judicial review in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland - each who have acted with varying degrees of oppression. I also wonder if anyone will ever be brought to account anywhere - I doubt it.
