valor catastral

Postby Allan.L » Thu Oct 28, 2021 11:10 am

I am trying to do La Renta modelo 210 and need to know if my valor catastral has changed. In 2016 I found it out by emailing [email protected]. This time the email has been blocked for some reason! Does any one know how I can find it out?
I have read it is referenced in your IBI tax statement, and that it is also known as Base Imponible. The only likely number on my IBI is prefixed with
B L. Is this it?

So if B L is my valor catastral then it's gone up. But my tax rep. says there has been no increase in my area since 1997 and he wants me to pay 2%. I have had no work done to increase its value. I'm puzzled!

These values can rise or even fall on a year to year basis. These arbitrary changes do not affect the rate applied to the valor catastral to arrive at a taxable base and are different from a full municipal revision which, in your case, appears to have last occurred in 1997.
Let's go Brandon!

Oh OK! That appears to put that one to bed!
Thanks Beachcomber.
