Wealth Tax (Patrimonia)

Good morning
Hope someone can help me. Last year I paid income and wealth tax. I had no income last year and my total Patrimonia is less than 2000000. I understood that this is below the level for Patrimonia but my lawyer says I still need to declare.
Could someone tell me if this is correct.

Wealth tax has been abolished in Andalucia. However, if your wealth exceeds €2m you need to declare (for information only). So, my understanding is that you do not need to declare.

I am assuming you are a resident and live in Andalucia.
