I live in a community / urbanization in Mojacar. We have a real issue with people not parking in their designated car spaces.
1. Can the owner of the car space (car spaces have specific legal owners / deeds for specific spaces) clamp a car trespassing on their property ?
2. If allowed, can the owner authorise the administration of another body to act on their behalf and clamp a car ?
3. Can an owner reserve the right to have any vehicle parked on their space towed away ?
Thanks in advance
Clamping a Car in MY parking space ?
Re: Clamping a Car in MY parking space ?
i suppose you enquire at the town hall for a license like you see outside peoples garages and driveways. If someone blocks your place you call the grua and they tow it away.

Much as I sympathise with your predicament championc, if you went down any of the routes you suggested you would end up in serious bother with the law - that is even if you could get any gruas/clampers to stick their necks that far out which is unlikely. Spend a few euros and make it impossible or even just extremely inconvenient for the ratbags to use your spot.

Could you install a folding lockable steel bollard?

this is the way i would go - wait till they leave, then put up a lockable thingy.
