Use 'Print Screen' on an English keyboard or 'Imp Pant' on a Spanish one. This saves what you see on the screen to the clipboard.

Use a photo processing program to open from clipboard then select the area you want and copy and save it as another file.

karandjon

I use a little program that was free on theInternet called Gadwin print screen 3.1 as it also allows me to take just a partial shot of the screen or whole screen at one time.

I repeat I use the FREE version and mine is old 3.1 but the newer version is still available free. It can be a useful little program.

Apologies

Postby andalucia » Mon Jun 09, 2008 10:00 am

We apologise for the time it has taken to rectify this issue, we have been looking into it but have been having trouble locating the issue. We do however believe that we have found the problem.

We would appreciate if you could test to see if the problem has been resolved and post back here.

Many Thanks

There is also a Firefox Add-On called ScreenGrab which is similar but allows the whole of a web page to be saved as an image not just the part of it that can be seen on the screen:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1146

Edit: It is now working for me also.
