Mostly Mercadona and Lidl, and a little from our local Coviran.

Al Campo, (Marbella) for preference, (but needs a 45 km each way trip!), day to day, Eroski, Mercadona & Lidl.
Location: The Dukeries.

Mercadona weekly, with Lidl about once a month and, very occasionally, Eroski (they are the only shop we can find that stocks our favourite coffee, and that is only in the Velez one  ).

Local butcher for meat- always good :D Local greengrocer for the fruit, veg and potatoes- at least then you don´t buy a bag of spuds that go soft after 2 days :x (Supersol spuds last week :x ) Fresh milk for cereals at Mercadonna and bananas from Lidl. We have to go to Eroski for the sugar free lemon drink, other stores do not stock a brand I like (for the tinto verano). Also Mercadonna for the much cheaper sugarfree icecreams :D
I did buy some chick peas at the butchers, hubby put them in the bottom of the fridge, in the cooler drawer, I rescued them and put them in a plastic tub in the cupboard- bad mistake- I should have left them in a dish to ´dry out´ as they sprouted in 3 days cos of the condensation and boy did they stink :(

Carrefour in Los Patios (Malaga), Mercadona, Lidls, Aldi, Supersol - all these are within walking distance from my house and a local farm between Alhaurin de la Torre and A. Grande for some veg and fruit when in season.

I guess I do my bulk shop in Lidl every two weeks, I also get my meat there as it is a franchise and the butcher is local and is very cheap but has marvellous meat. I sometimes go to Mercadona depends what I need, other than that local supermarkets Upper and Coviran and local fish shop and veg shop.

Mercadona online for most thing, fruit & veg from a greengrocer, meat from a butcher, a few bits & pieces ('English' stuff) from Eroski, and the odd delivery from British Corner Shop.com. And OH brings a few choccy treats when he comes back from the UK.

Finally really and properly living in Andalucia.
