I'm not really confused :?: . We were given the answer (€105) and I was trying to work back to what the question was????? I couldn't get the charges to come out to €105. €100 yes, but not €105.
Anyway, Ryanair helps me keep ssssssenility at bay (tho' there are those who would say _____(haha)).

I think it was the striking cabin crew that were being referred to as spoilt brats

According to Skyscanner, you missed a few off your list of direct flights to Valencia. I haven't checked the accuracy of the list but I suspect at least some of them will be valid. For example, whilst Easyjet Glasgow/Valencia doesn't appear on the Easyjet dropdown menu, Bristol does.

Bristol.....Ryanair, flythomascook.com charter, Thomson Flights, easyJet
Liverpool....Ryanair, easyJet
Birmingham....Ryanair, flythomascook.com charter, bmibaby, Monarch
London Stansted easyJet

Glasgow Prestwick....Ryanair

I think the OP might have meant flights convenient for haroowgate.

Harrowgate to Southampton, Bristol and Cardiff for example is probably stretching it. In fact each of those trips would probably take longer than the flight

Steve you have selected a page which shows both direct and indirect flights to Valencia.

I use Skyscanner a lot and the only direct flights are those I originally mentioned.

To test your list I went to BMI website and Thomson for flights from East Midlands and there are none.

It was the direct list I selected, indirect was a separate list. However, I checked a couple of Easyjet flights and found that Skyscanner was picking up flights for 2009 for some reason. I had put the correct year in. Don't know why it did that but I stand corrected.

On the subject of Skyscanner, anyone else noticed that when looking at return flights and viewing the graph, if you select the return flight first the prices for the outbound flight sometimes change. OK, when you check the actual flights it updates but can get a bit annoying.

Just tried it again and the list is a lot smaller this time. But, Ryanair do fly from Bristol to Valencia every other day. If both E Midlands and Gatwick are options from Harrowgate then I would have thought Bristol would be as well, especially as there are fights for £5 in July. That's from the Ryanair web site, not Skyscanner.

Harrogate is in Yorkshire and neither Gatwick nor Bristol is an option when they can fly from an airport much closer to their home to other destinations other than Valencia for much less money and hassle.

I only mentioned Gatwick and then Bristol because you mentioned Gatwick first. I assumed therefore that it was an option.

The oddest thing about RA charging for all credit card payments is that they say that all cards even debit cards are charged and the only one that is free, is the one that every other place in the UK dont accept, I think it was Solo or maestro
Thats it for now

The free one with Ryanair is PREPAID Mastercard. It used to be Electron but it changed at the end of last year.

Anyone any ideas where to get a prepaid Mastercard that costs me nothing to join or use?

A list of a lot of them in the UK, together with charges, can be found at http://www.compareprepaid.co.uk/compare-uk.html

Looks like O2 card is free.

However, you will probably need a UK address to get one. Don't know about cards in Spain I'm afraid.

I still read it in case someone says something new or different.

Not so Gerry, many people like myself dont have time to pore over an ever changing format of the RA website and so get caught by the traps in it.

Maybe you travel alone with a rucksack so are not worried about paying 5 quid extra for every passenger for card processing for example. The ever changing (in both directions) of seat prices. The extortionate cost of taking luggage is another. Not to say anything of the scenes at the check in desk and the awful attitude of the staff.

You're having a bl**ding larf, mate.

You see what's happening at BA this week. Makes Uncle Mick look like the angel Gabriel, and Wee Willie and his crews like a bunch of satanic demons.

You want cr*p AND high fares? Fly BA

You want cheap fares? Fly Ryanair.

Get sensitive about Ryanair wanting to make money? Take a bl**dy boat!
