You can get charity ones from some banks..its a bit early yet though..the shops, that sell cheap allsorts, somewhat like bazars..book shops, paper shops , and I think there are a couple of English book shops that do them..and close to christmas there are christmas fairs held by some English schools and churches..some do sell cards too...they are always advertised in local English papers.

my mum makes hand made ones?? :)

or you can go to eroski / myramar in fuengerola, there is an english card shop there. or cudeca shops sell them.. or as someone said.. paper shops and the like. i know the paper shops in alharin and coin sell them.

i find going to the uk in january particurly enterprising, and i save them for next year :)

I think thats a great idea...thanks
We have time and there are so many lovely flowers/leaves around that that could be used to make up original christmas cards to send back home.

Also if they are are larger than a letter they charge you double! I now just put on a 53centimes stamp and pop them in the post box!

Was in Cudeca (local Cancer Care) shop at Torre del Mar today where they were selling packs of 10 hand made Christmas Cards for €6. Bought mine there last year and many people I sent them to said how nice they were. C.A.S. in Nerja (Animal welfare) also have packs similarly priced.

Lidl´s were selling packs of Xmas cards last year and the one before.
Quite nice and reasonably priced, I believe .(didnt buy any as I make my own).
I have seen, on several occasions soemof those cheap multi packs, with 99p printed on them being sold for 5 or more euros, quite extorniate.
Makingthem may not be any cheaper (far fom it) but will occupy the long winter evenings and be something far more special fro the recipient

I can identify with Pilgrim's post.
A couple of years ago, we posted all our cards at the local post office to have the entire collection sent back to us two days later !
Size does matter after all !
