Leaving on a Jet Plane....
...well a ferry actually, from Bilbao, tomorrow Saturday 10th December 2011.
We are returning to the West Midlands, England and will from now on only visit Andalucia on holiday.
We have sold our house and although the sale has not yet completed, we know it is now time to go.
Our time in Spain was never meant to be permanent, and we have so many things we want to do in the UK that now is the right time to make this move.
Thank you all for the help and information I have received from this forum and I hope you don't mind if I still pop in from time to time.
Adios, hasta pronto. xx

Scampicat,
Good luck with your move and I hope that all of your plans bear fruition....
I hope that you have a pleasant journey on the Bilbao ferry, we did the same trip recently and it was like the 'Marie Celeste' on board...very quiet..lovely...
Regards,
Gordon

Re: Leaving on a Jet Plane....
Thanks all for your good wishes, we are now back in dull, grey and rainy Wolverhampton.
Crossing was fine and I waved to Mark Wilding on the way.
I'll still post on the forum if that's OK.

Even worse you got home to the news that Wolves had lost 4-1 to Man United.
At least on your last day in Spain there was decent weather.

We have just had a few days in Spain (Marbella) and the weather was good. However, there is more to life than the weather...well there is for me.
Good luck in your new life Scampicat

Yes the weather is foul
Yes, Wolves lost to Man U. No surprise there then.
Yes, we are glad to be back, there is more to life than the weather.
We will be visiting Spain on holiday for some winter sun in the future

Glad you had a good crossing - it won't be so nice this week!
We all look forward to hearing from you in the future. You are an Honorary Andalucian!

Wolves lost again to Stoke today
They need a player like Billy Wright, the one who married the Beverley sisters.
The Posh and Becks of their day.
Good luck in Wolverhampton. What was the straw that broke the camels back?

No 'straw', we have enjoyed it mostly but it was never meant to be a permanent move.Rick Gale wrote:Wolves lost again to Stoke today
