Train or bus from Malaga to Ronda?
Train or bus from Malaga to Ronda?
Hello lovely helpful people.Yet another question. We want to go to Ronda from Malaga in December. I heard that there is one train a day but can't find it on the Renfe site. Does anyone know if it runs in December? Otherwise, does anyone have any information about buses to Ronda? Thank you.

Train seems to be running ok. dep Malaga 10.05, depart Ronda 16.55.
It doesn't show on the RENFE Viajeros page, but if you select the page to purchase a ticket
https://venta.renfe.com/vol/inicioCompra.do You can select Malaga and Ronda from the drop down menus.

The Los Amarillos bus goes up the Guadalhorce valley and is quite a nice run taking usually less than 2 hours. You can see the timings on :
http://www.turismoderonda.es/informacio ... obuses.pdf
You can also look up times for the week ahead using this Los Amarillos page :
http://www.losamarillos.es/venta/busqueda.jsp
The train schedules are shown on :
http://www.renfe.com/EN/viajeros/horarios.html
make sure that you click on FIND ALL STATIONS beneath the SEARCH box. You can bring up all stations including Ronda.
