As you are to my West Gerry, and indeed Sid, can I ask what size dish you are using ? my Humax still has C5 on the menu, but no signal being received. (none of the others either).
It's what The Guy would call a 1.25m dish - same as most of the others around here.

I don't understand why Gerry has got C5 on one box but not the other. Gerry, what's the signal/quality like on the Humax - I get nothing at all and I only tweaked the dish last week and was getting 90%/100% on the Humax.

We've got a very good signal for the 5's with a 1.8 m dish but there's no content... :wtf: Humax box.

As someone with access to a property in the UK, I'm considering a slingbox connected to a freeview/freesat box in the UK and streaming over here. Anyone doing that?

Costa del Sol - - ITV1 Meridian gone, CH5 and all the 5*s etc, 4severn also gone.

The general thoughts are that even a 3m dish wont be enough for Southern Spain to receive channels on Astra 2F/2E narrow beam as the focus starts to fade to the south of Madrid.

We still have Meridian on Ch 103 on our Humax. We have a 1.8 metre dish. Good signal!

That's because that is one of the channels that hasn't moved.

As with Country Boy, I still have Meridian ITV. I have a 1.3 m. dish

But I notice on an earlier post that lists the channels that have moved, it mentions Meridian North, so presumably there are areas within the Meridian region.

There are three. Meridian north, south and south east.

The only one moved is Meridian north.

The signal is less of a problem in Murcia. Has your signal strength/quality dropped?

Sid
Still all ok. The strength is 75-80% on 4's & 5's but the quality is 92% on 4's & 80% on 5.

Very odd that you are getting a signal. What about the other C5 channels and C4 HD?

Nobody else in the area is getting a signal on that size of dish.
