Changing of doctor

I've moved house and would like to change to a nearby doctor. Can anyone tell me what the procedure is please? Do I just present myself at the new surgery and ask to be taken on or is it more complicated?

More or less ! There is the inevitable form to complete, duplicate copies of Passport, Green Residencia and Medical card, present at medical centre of choice and that's it. Literally five minutes.
The form to change comes from the medical centre.

If you have a digital certificate you can change doctors online.

No, never did manage to achieve that.

I can't see why not - I've done it twice.

Started to do the process using the wrong browser and couldn't complete it within the specified time, but was unable to cancel the process. Lady at the tax office told us we had done everything correctly and couldn't understand the problem. Just gave up in the end really as other matters were more pressing at the time.

Really need to start over. One day soon.
