Endesa will make their minds up re bills

First it was 2 monthly bills, then they changed to monthly bills then back to 2 monthly bills- we paid the last bill last month and yesterday received another bill, checked, they are back to monthly bills.

Go in & make a complaint. to my knowledge they cannot issue anything other than bi-monthly. Nor can they estimate. If it cannot be read they can only charge for the standing charges.

They have just, maybe the 7th, offered me a monthly budget plan, which I have accepted. Just as in the UK it was based on last year's total divided by 12. as my bi-monthly bill swings between 60 and 470 € I thought it better for budgetary purposes.
I have heard nothing since however just that I had been accepted and that they would e-mail.
