Dates of Semana Blanca?

Does anyone have a child in a Spanish school and know the exact dates of their Feb half term?

Half term¿¿¿ not round here!! apart from today ( local patron saint) next extra day is for andalucia day, then easter break.

if there are half terms in some spanish schools, then i have no idea when, but dont kno of any that do.

The Semana Blanca dates for the Malaga schools are:

Monday 27th Feb -- Friday 3rd March.

Apart from translating as white week, what is seman blanca?

A week off school or college is called "blanca" because it is white or empty of classes. Andalucia Day is Tuesday 28th Feb and that week is carnaval week round here so I imagine all the schools will be off then if at all.
