Pizza Base instructions (can anyone help me translate it?)
I have been wanting to have a go at making my own Pizzas for a while now (don't like the frozen bases you can buy in supermarkets), so yesterday in Mercadona I spotted a box that contains enough for two bases.
I think I understand the stuff I need:
Half of box mixed with 125ml of water, 2 tablespoons of oil, and half a teaspoon of Salt?
But I am a bit puzzled as to how long I need to cook it for once rolled out, it mentions 20 minutes but later on mentions 15 minutes, do I have to cook the base on it's own once rolled before applying the tomato puree and then cook again once topped?
Or is it a case of only cooking it once from it's rolled state with toppings applied, if so how long?

Your pizzas look great...and for topping.. you had fun..for us pizza is a quick n easy dinner..those frozen bases are rather awful so we buy a fresh (not frozen" "4 quesos" pizza as a base and add ingredients we wish... but might have a go at the "mix" version when the the grandchildren come round..twill keep em busy for a while

Well done they look fantastic and it has given me an idea for the next time my godson visits he loves to cook and this will be right up his street I don't know why I hadn't thought of it before. Thank you Lion.
A topping idea if you aren't veggie, we had them in Italy, is a Breakfast Pizza of sliced fresh tomatoes cook for about 10 mins. then add pre-cooked bacon, crack eggs on top and cook until the eggs are the way you like them.
My hubby doesn't like the tomato paste stuff and prefers sliced fresh tomatoes cook for about 5 mins. then add slices of mozzarella and gorgonzola and a drizzle of olive oil and cook for a further 10 mins. or so, yummy and it converted me to liking blue cheese.
