The varying costs of living in Spanish cities
Re: The varying costs of living in Spanish cities
I have not read your article yet but I find Malaga City very very reasonable for food and drink. Fuel always seems to be expensive in Malaga province.

The cost of living is higher in Bilbao than the south of Spain. The only thing I can think of being cheaper here in Bilbao is petrol. Even Santanter is more expensive for that.
Housing prices are ridiculous here when you consider its a provincial town.
At least the crisis has brought prices down. Before they were comparable to the south of England.
