Walking Football
Are there any "Walking" Football teams between Nerja and Malaga, or inland ?

Does that game exist? I thought it was just an advert for the banks. Looks like it would be fun at our age tho.

We were invited to take part in a friendly match while on holiday in Portugal ... not heard of it before and not come across it in Spain!
Sounds like fun though!

Re: Walking Football
They've just opened a football "golf" range in a country park near us in the UK. I'm looking forward to giving that a go. Any in Spain?
As for the walking football, as an ex full back I can't see how I'd be able to stop a full blown slide tackle from occurring if someone "walked" past me.
The refs must have their work cut out in this game I'd assume.

Re: Walking Football
Just as a matter of interest, I will look on other sites to see if there is anything similar along the coast.
If there isn't any around, perhaps it may be worthwhile setting someting up.
Please PM me if anyone is interested.

Re: Walking Football
I have just set up Walking Football sessions on the Costa Del Sol. The first few games will be starting in the Marbella area but hope to add some more games across the Costa Del Sol soon. Please visit our website at www.walkingfootballspain.com or email me on [email protected] for more info. Thanks!
