Hi,
Need to sort out the https mode for The Forum Website as many of the latest Browser versions are reporting insecure Login for site.
Firefox ver 52.0
"The owner of www.andalucia.com has configured their web site improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this web site."
Many Thanks

Insecure Web site message
All my best learning experiences start with a problem I need to solve.
Re: Insecure Web site message
It works fine on Safari. I am just going to try and log in via Firefox. Will report back.
Re: Insecure Web site message
The certificate has long expired
"The certificate expired on 20 August 2011 12:12. The current time is 17 March 2017 09:45."

I have just logged in via Firefox without a problem.

I can login via the HTTP version OK but not the HTTPS version.
Which version are you using?
Cheers

Hi,
I didn't say there was a problem with the Login.....only it says the Site is insecure...........
This has been building up for some time on the Web and sites have been changing from............ http to https.
Some of our faint hearted Members may not login to post their pearls of wisdom.............
There isn't a https version of our Form site yet..............Admin will sort it shortly in true IT fashion......like yesterday............

It works fine for me on Firefox.
I just ignore these warnings if I know what the site is. Almost all Spanish government sites throw up some sort of warning.

Re: Insecure Web site message
Some Spanish govt. website are truly insecure. The SegSoc website is impossible to sign out of fully, without clearing my cache/cookies/history etc. If not, when I log in using my details, then log out and log in again using my OH's details, it just comes back up with my details. Very worrying. I would never use such a site on a public computer such as in an internet cafe.
Don't worry about what people think, they don't do it very often
