Smart IPTV app on Samsung Smart TV

Today I have notice a new App on the Samsung Smart TV list .... Smart IPTV.... I've had a little play with this and managed to get about 70 channels to work reasonably well by downloading other suppliers 'list'.
The quality is quite Variable from 640x480 to full 1080 HD
Without fail though ...All channels... 'stutter' whilst playing (stop playing for a few seconds) disrupting the watching.
Is this a common fault with IPTV players or just a bad 'list' supplier ?

Could be one of several things....poor internet speed, high latency, the tv's onboard video processor, rubbish app......etc could all cause your buffering.

I have 17mbs with a ping time of 45ms ...
The smart TV can cope with everything else I throw at it.
I don't know anything about Smart IPTV systems any body out there with experience ?

Ping is quite high but not overly so, and as your TV delivers on other Apps you use it does suggest the App you are using is poor.....see if you can find reviews on line and what other peoples experiences are......but in general I find these IPTV apps very hit and miss especially in quality and simply steer clear of using them especially on a large TV

I have had this app for some time. Works great. It's running as I type. Occasionally a channel may not load up "failed to connect" it will retry a few times, until it does but there are normally at least 2 others to go at on my epg which 99% of the time will work fine.
Never have had a buffering issue.
I'm on fibre with a ping of between 5 and 25ms.

The supplier who did mine is local (Estepona) and always available for problems too.

did your supplier is Estapona provide you with an IPTV 'list' and how much does he charge ?
