yes spanish-lad the cost of the calls i didn't expect anyone to reply to that part and was going to look on the Movistar web site.

What happened was we purchased the moble in a rush on the way back to the airport and the Movistar shop was the only one we could find.

Thanks for replying jkm

what do you want ? all the tariff ? i wouldn´t recomend making calls from it to spain tho, unless you have deep pockets

hmm, so you want the "within spain" tariffs then yea ? i´ll see what i can find, although beachcomber will probably have a link ?

when you buy the phone, they normally ask you which tariff you want. It's on the orange book you get with the instructions together with the PIN and PUK numbers.

I dont know if you can change the PAYG tariffs once initiallised. Maybe you can when you buy a major top-up from one of their shops?

you can change tariffs by calling them :) i´ve been on "activa classica" for 6 years - i realise its out of date and needs changing...i can get cheaper calls on a different tariff. i think texts are all 15c tho.

I think i have got it 37cents for Spanish calls 78 cents for calls to the Uk per minute.
Does that sound right?
