Re: Airport Run
Hi, thanks for the reply. Sorry I wasn't very clear in my post. We used to know someone locally but they left. It was if anyone knew someone who wanted to make some spare cash
Re: Airport Run
Do you mean someone doing “private” runs to the airport?

Re: Airport Run
Anyone using unlicensed “taxis” is not only risking their own safety, and with no insurance cover, but if there is a Trafico roadblock they can make you get out, with no interest in how you continue your journey. Great fun with a flight to catch and laden with suitcases.
The licensed cabbies at AGP keep an eye out for the pirates, and have been known to have a quiet word with them involving baseball bats....
Don’t be a cheapskate is my advice - it could cost you dearly.

Re: Airport Run
Good advice Peter. When you know that a Málaga taxi licence costs at least €100000 (if you can get one) you can understand their point of view.

I asked the question to see if the OP really did have that in mind . The risks associated with unlicensed “transfers” have been highlighted on here (and other sites) many times but there still seem to be a few chancers around.
