Primera Air?

Postby alisonb » Sun Mar 11, 2018 1:52 pm

Just been looking for flights from Malaga to London and Primera air appeared. I’ve never heard of them before and their website indicates theyre Scandinavian, but I’ve no idea how long they’ve been going. Has anybody used them, and what did you think?

The Malaga Stansted is apparently one of the NEW routes and doesn't commence flying until April

My wife checked there reviews a few days ago and they weren’t that good. Delays etc with no compensation.

According to the Telegraph article they only have 9 planes, so if there's any problems you'd be left stranded as they don't have a huge fleet like Ryanair or Easyjet (nearer to 700 planes between them) where they can supply a substitute. That was a problem even with Monarch as, when one of their plane's broke down my OH had to wait for one to be flown in, delaying the flight by 8 hours.

I think I’ll let them settle down a bit, and see how it goes

Their own website shows 18 aircraft.
