Does anyone know where I can buy a chrome and glass tv stand, something like the picture,on the costa del sol? I've tried everywhere I can think of.

Hi,
Thanks but I should have said I want to collect it.
I'm not in Spain often or long enough to arrange delivery.
Cheers

Amazon have loads just like your picture. Usually they can deliver next day. When you see the expected date, if it doesn’t suit you, you can cancel it.
I have ordered something late on a Sunday and had it delivered by noon next day.
Surely you will be in Spain long enough to cope with that.

Thanks Sid,
We'll probably try that if we can't find one on facebook.
Our worry is our bizarre address situation makes a failed delivery quite likely.
We have a house number in our Urb,we are No6, accessed from the street. But we are not No6 in the street, there is a No6 300m away. You can guess the rest.

Re: chrome and glass tv stand
I embed my phone numbers in the address so that they will be able to call me. It works fine (most of the time), we then just meet the van at the local garage.

...or have it delivered to a friendly local business, as a one-off.
SEUR etc have drop-off/service points of their own (shops, usually) in almost all areas, to cope with just what you describe.

I use the SEUR pick up points whenever I can but not all suppliers use SEUR. The problem is that you don't know which carrier they will use until the order is shipped.

I use the "Amazon Locker" delivery method, as there's a set of lockers at a petrol station just a few km away from us. It works perfectly for us, delivery is fast, and the system is secure. If they have a locker within reasonable distance from you (locations are on the website) I would recommend it.

Re: chrome and glass tv stand
My apologies, happyh, I tried to change the link from the mobile version to the full (desktop) version; it seemed to work at the time but not later. I've now fixed the link in my original post above, please try clicking on the new link now. If that still doesn't work, you can search for GETTORP on the Ikea site.
Also, just to mention, according to the website, this item is currently in stock at Ikea Malaga.
