Email from Microsoft

Postby chrissiehope » Fri Jul 05, 2019 7:59 am

Hi
I've just had an email from Microsoft regarding changes to their terms of use. It looks OK, & (hovering over) the links go to an address for Microsoft, but it was sent to my late husband's old business email address, & so I am a bit wary.

Has anyone else received one of these ?

TIA

Probably, that business address had a multi-user license for Windows and/or other software. As it will be boring and irrelevant at best, I'd also bin it.

I got that email today. It looks genuine, but as others have said, just ignore it.

I am ignoring it, but nice to know I'm not the only recipient :-)

Also got the email today.
It's genuine it gives you the option, by default, to agree to their new terms of service or, if you don't agree you can stop using Microsoft services.
So just accept it by default, which is the same as ignoring the email.
Cheers
