Hi all,
What do I ask for in Spanish if I want to buy a couple of the screw threaded plugs you screw into a water pipe. I want to cap a hot and cold supply from a sink at the wall.
Thanks

Re: Water pipe blanking plugs
That could be for a copper pipe, plastic pipe all of different sizes. Could be a solder on end cap for copper, a compression end cap for copper or plastic etc etc.
I suggest show them a photo of the pipework as it is, complete with tap and ask for a tapon.
I think tapon is more generally used, certainly in the places I use.
Cheers
Gerry
