Form S1
Form S1
Just going through paperwork preparing for Brexit and can’t find my S1 forms. That is not a problem because I have applied for duplicates and is in hand. However I have found the form E101 remind me what this was for? Anyone?
Re: Form S1
Wasn't the E101 form, in the UK. that you got from the post office to use for health cover when on holiday in foreign countries?
Now replaced by the EHIC card.
How/ where did you apply for duplicate S1 forms?
I binned ours a while ago
Cheers

Re: Form S1
That was the E111. The E101 was to do with social security payment.
You can apply for the S! from NHS Business Services Authority.
You should keep your S1 form copy as you will need that it you want to return to the UK for NHS treatment, even if you do not intend to remain in the UK.

Havnt got it yet but sent email and requested a copy for both of us. [email protected] remember to give them your dates of birth and NI numbers.

El Cid do you have an address or email please.?
Re: Form S1
On a recent rip to the UK I needed to register with a doctor and was also admitted to hospital, on both ocassions a call to Newcastle confirmed I was eligible for free treatment, which was ecellent despite the bad press the NHS recives. I take your point Sid and will obtain copies of the S1, better to be safe than sorry.El Cid wrote:That was the E111. The E101 was to do with social security payment.

Re: Form S1
Has anyone received a copy S1 form as previously discussed. I wrote, got a reply informing me of change of email address, but telling me not to re send because it had been forwarded. When I heard nothing I wrote an email to the new email address and it keeps getting sent back.....unable to deliver. Anyone got another email [email protected] is the one I was given. Thanks
