It's some time since I used this, and it all seems to have changed !
I've tried a couple of links found on here, but they don't seem to be what I'm looking for, which is to see if there is anything about an outstanding payment.
Can someone point me in the right direction and confirm all I need is a name & NIE number ?

The home page has changed but the search options are still the same as I remember them:

https://www.bopmalaga.es/buscar.php

You can enter any combination of name and/or NIE number or any other words you think may help the search. Use a different box for each one.

Don't forget that, depending on what you are looking for, you may need to check the BOE, the BOPA or the BOJA as well.

That will be on the BOP and it should show up with the name and/or NIE number. If it doesn't try one or the other on its own but even if you find your name it will not give much detail. It will just appear in a list with scores or even hundreds of other names.

You ought to be able to check records of payments on the PRPMalaga web site but I don't think you can even with a digital signature.

I'm going to have a look tomorrow.....fingers crossed there's nothing there, tho I don't know how long a payment is overdue before it gets put on the BOP

I don't know exactly, probably several months then every couple of months thereafter.

I've just opened the link https://www.bopmalaga.es/buscar.php but it doesn't have any boxes to put name or NIE ! Should I choose one of the drop down menus ?

The most basic way is just to put your name in the blank box next to 'Contiene'. If you want to put your NIE numbere as well click on the '+' sign and another blank box will open. Change the date to that from which you wish to search.

If there are too many results and you want to narrow it down click on 'Texto del Edicto' then 'Provincia/Municipio' and the choose 'Antequera'
