Yes, that all seems too easy doesn't it! Mind you I'd still be liable for UK CGT I think as it would have to be my main home for more than a few months to avoid it, but then the allowances there are more generous. For the moment it's not a problem I have but it will arise at some point in the future.

Yeah there is is CGT. Ive only quickly looked into that abit but i think its a pretty small amount compaired to spain.obviously depending on the price of your house
