Convienio Especial payments

Hi,
We have been paying our Convienio Especial happily since November, then suddenly this week our payment was returned, when we asked the bank they said the account was closed. We contacted our lawyer who set the Convienio up for us and she has come back today saying ( google translated this ) the Andalusian Health service has been closed by legal imperative and since the administrate & special regime are located in the General Treasury of the Andalusian Government and new bank account details given , we have heard nothing from the Junta, how can this only be affecting us ?

Very concerned we must have healthcare but we are unsure of just setting up a payment to these account given as we have had nothing official.
